The self serviced apartments provide an outstanding addition to the hotel for both short & long term stays.
Compromising both one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The one bedroom apartment can accommodate upto 4 guest & the 2 bedroom a maximum of 6. There is no elevator at number 41 Lancaster Gate location of the self serviced apartments. But all check ins & check out take place from the hotel’s reception. Limited service is also available.

The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges. Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward.
The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival. Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.
All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.
The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. Photo Id required on check in.
A security deposit of at least GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This cannot be paid with cash. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
